1. Purpose

NexajetAI users may upload or enter confidential company and financial information. This notice explains how NexajetAI treats such information within the platform.

2. Confidential business information

• Company profile data and internal business descriptions.
• Revenue, debt, cashflow, collateral and finance request data.
• Grant application drafts, project plans, innovation descriptions and business strategies.
• Uploaded company documents, statements, certificates and supporting materials.
• Partner communication, finance referrals and AI-generated summaries.

3. Internal handling

NexajetAI should limit access to confidential information to authorized users, administrators, technical operators or service providers who need access to operate, maintain, secure or support the platform.

4. Sharing with finance partners

Confidential finance and company information will only be forwarded to selected finance partners where the user has submitted a referral and accepted the relevant consent wording, or where disclosure is required by law.

5. Exclusions

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public, lawfully known, independently developed, required by law to be disclosed, or shared with user consent.

6. Security limitations

NexajetAI aims to protect confidential information using reasonable technical and organizational measures. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
