1. Service description

NexajetAI is a software platform that helps users prepare company profiles, search funding opportunities, generate AI-assisted grant and finance documents, create finance requests, export documents and submit selected finance referrals to partner workflows.

2. No financial, legal or tax advice

NexajetAI does not provide regulated financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice or banking services. AI-generated outputs, match scores, summaries, grant drafts and finance suggestions are informational only.

3. User responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, lawful, complete and up to date. Users must not upload false, misleading, unlawful or unauthorized information.

4. AI-generated content

AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. The user remains responsible for reviewing and validating all content before submitting it to authorities, banks, partners, investors or third parties.

5. Finance marketplace and referrals

NexajetAI may allow users to submit finance requests to selected finance partners, banks, private finance providers or intermediaries. NexajetAI does not guarantee approval, eligibility, pricing, credit decision, loan terms or funding availability.

6. Commission and referral model

NexajetAI may receive referral fees, lead fees, success fees or commissions from finance partners where permitted by law and partner agreements.

7. Confidential information

Users may submit confidential business information, including company data, financial data, project data, debt information, collateral details and business documents. NexajetAI handles such information according to its Privacy Policy and Confidentiality Notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexajetAI is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, rejected applications, denied financing, third-party decisions or reliance on AI-generated outputs.
